AFTER TOUR’S EFFORTS, A GRET SUCCESS AT THE OLYMPIC GAMES
CARRERA and Katusha reached the podium at the main event of the year: London 2012 Olympics. Alexander Kristoff , on Saturday, won the bronze medal at the 250km long London race with a great performance, getting the 3rd place just after Alexander Vinokourov (Kazakhstan) and Rigoberto Uran (Colombia).
Hans Holczer, the president of Katusha, was saying just at the end of the Tour: “Before the beginning of the race I was expecting better results, but we had lot of crashes during our path. I believe that at the Olympic games we will be luckier and maybe we’ll get some medal ”.
The good result got by all the athletes, underlines the good shape of the Team’s riders. In the main group on the finish line there were also Luca Paolini (ITA) and Alexandr Kolobnev (RUS).
CARRERA is also getting some great placements on MTB: Team Todesco has reached with Ivan Degasperi the Italian ITT road climbing.
Alexander Kristoff and the Team Katusha are wearing the CARRERA RADIUS WHITE RED, a revolutionary helmet developed using the innovative “ATF” (Aluminium tech frame) system, offering the best aerodynamic penetration (CX), which is synonymous of optimized internal ventilation and less frontal air resistence.
